The 18-hole matured and challenging golf course was designed by the renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr still preserves its natural beauty.
The first nine was sculpted around the lush and dense tropical rainforest with each hole has its own distinctive features. The original dwellers of the place still remain like the mischievous monkeys proud hornbills and elusive iguanas.
Meanwhile the second nine was uniquely constructed along the majestic South China Sea that allows the golfers to enjoy a breathtaking scenery with cooling sea breeze. Desaru Golf & Country Resort (DGCR) has never stopped to amaze even the most jaded golfers with its challenging golf course and the beautiful scenery.
At the exclusive Log Cabin Clubhouse which houses a wide range of clubhouse facilities atop the little hill one can take a breather and enjoy the panoramic view of the fairways or the South China Sea. With our personalized services dining in DGCR can be a luxury that would not put a hole in your pocket.
Besides the Clubhouse facilities driving range is also available at the Club for those who would like to improve their swings or for beginners as well. Other facilities including 220 rooms accommodation at Desaru Golden Beach Hotel with a swimming pool located near the beach. Water sports activities are also available at the Hotel.
